esigned to ensure management teams maintain a consistently safe environment for guests and remain compliant to all health and safety regulations, the app aims to improve efficiency for hotels by providing a visual snapshot of their compliance status. The app will also provide a secure area to store and manage the required documentation.

This app is the latest in a range of technological developments by Accor that supports the effective management of their hotels. A longstanding client, the group approached Heyward Hospitality Solutions, who are committed to excellence in the hospitality industry to support them in the production of this revolutionary app.
Designed and built using Softools, an advanced cloud enterprise application platform, the app has since been rolled out across Accor’s UK & Ire franchised network of 116 properties.
